"I was recommended to visit your site by the Metropolitan Police following a spate of fraudulent transactions during the summer of 2004. We were caught for three items then realized what was happening; when I came to your site the fraudsters were already named so at that stage I joined in your “fight against fraud”. "As suppliers of expensive IT equipment including plasma screens, printers and projectors that are sold exclusively via the internet we are a regular, indeed daily, target for fraudsters.
We use the early-warning web site on a daily basis to check out potential fraud attempts against us and find the system's linking of phone numbers, email addresses and delivery addresses thoroughly useful if alittle scary!
The daily sending of the latest fraud attempts by email alert are vital and are checked by us routinely.
In short the Early Warning web site is a standard part of our anti fraud processes and without it we would feel extremely exposed to fraud.
With it we have managed to avoid credit card fraud for some 18 months now.
Just as soon as we can we hope to integrate the early-warning database into our admin system so that we have seemless fraud checking on all of our orders.

"I think that the service Early Warning provides is great. All retailers involved in CNP transactions should join, as the more information jointly gathered about fraudsters the more chance there is of stopping them.
I think that it great to be able to go to the Early Warning website and check for details if you have suspicion about a transaction. It is very important that users not only take information from the website but also give information. As a retailer you may have been hit by a fraudster but if your posting stops the fraudster from hitting another company this must be seen as a good result.
The service that Early Warning provides has certainly helped us to make some good decisions when we trying to combat the fraudsters.
